Hi, I'm Stephanie!

My fitness journey started with a simple goal: I just wanted to play outside with my son. When I took my first step aerobics class, it didn’t go as planned—I walked out, completely overwhelmed by the tricky step combos. But I didn’t give up, and that same class eventually became my favorite. My energy and vocal encouragement during class caught the attention of the gym’s fitness coordinator, who suggested I look into becoming an instructor. That’s when my journey as a fitness coach truly began.

As an instructor, I proudly embrace being curvy and relatable—I don’t fit the “typical” mold, and I’m not a size 6. That’s exactly why my students connect with me. I represent the average woman, showing that fitness is for everyone. I believe success in fitness starts with mental preparation and grows with the support of a strong, encouraging community. Together, we can do amazing things.
